2. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Free accounts have usage limits; paid subscriptions unlock higher limits.

3. Data Accuracy

We source data from Yahoo Finance, SEC EDGAR, and other public APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee real-time or error-free data. Prices may be delayed.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
• Do not share paid-tier API keys with unauthorized users
• Do not use automated bots to exceed rate limits
• Do not upload malicious content to community features

5. Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantSoar and its operators are not liable for any financial losses resulting from use of the platform. Use at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where QuantSoar is registered. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
